Fascia, Soffit, and Gutter Profiles

We replace rotten timber fascia and soffit boards with uPVC boards, ventilated where roof space airflow requires it. The gutter profiles we fit most often are ogee and half-round, however square-line systems suit certain property styles better and we carry stock of both. Leaf guards and gutter mesh go on after the brackets are set at the correct spacing.

Rainwater and Drainage Connections

Every downpipe we fit is connected properly to an existing gulley, soakaway, or rainwater diverter. We do not leave pipes draining onto footpaths or discharging against walls. Surface water in this part of Dublin eventually finds its way to the Ward River or further south toward the Tolka, and a clean connection at ground level is where that starts.
