We are selective about materials because the ground conditions around here demand it. Drainage, frost movement, and soil type all affect how a patio beds in over time.

How we work

Every surface we lay starts with a properly prepared sub-base. No shortcuts on depth, no skimping on compaction. Right, that groundwork stage is where most budget jobs fall apart, and we are not a budget job company.

Once the slabs are down and jointed, we apply a sealant penetrating impregnator coat to porcelain and natural stone alike. It keeps staining out and makes the surface far easier to maintain year on year. A lot of contractors skip that step. We do not.

We cover Adderbury and the wider OX17 and CV postcode areas. If you have watched a match at Banbury RFC’s ground on Bodicote Park Road, you are well within our patch. Most of our work comes from word of mouth within a ten-mile radius.
